Over time, I've concluded this restaurant is lacking in some way. I'm not sure really what it is. The customer service is OK, nothing to rave about. My main problem is with the food, it just doesn't taste like it used to. I don't know if this is my changing tastes, or not. Several years ago, this was a really good place to get a sandwich, now, not so much! I miss the experience I used to have at this place! The pizza here is also rather lackluster. I tried it once and never again because of the dough. It really is not dough at all, it is a large sandwich bun instead. It makes for a poor pizza!

I just ordered a corporate lunch from them. Everyone is RAVING about it! The food was absolutely delicious! Each person loved their individual boxes and how each order was exactly how they wanted it. Myrna and her daughter were wonderful to work with. We will be back again. :)

Has a distinctive menu that sets them off from other sandwich, pizza, and salad restaurants. The menu is also pretty large so you can usually find something no matter your mood. Not as quick as fast food. This location seems understaffed but it hasn't affected the quality of the food.

Overall one of the worst experiences I've had at this type of shop. The cashier was so new that they couldn't answer simple questions about what the menu; for example, she had no idea what size the kids pizza was and told me to look it up on the menu. When I showed her it wasn't stated on the menu and if anyone knew, she said no. What...? I proceeded to order the kids meals and explicitly asked if they had milk, to which the cashier said yes. When I picked up the food they told me milk wasn't an option. I showed it was on the menu and that the cashier said it was and I got "Sorry she's new". My sister ordered the chicken bacon ranch and it came out without any chicken. They then gave her a pile of chicken in tin foil and told her just to add it to get sandwich. I've eaten here before and had very neutral experiences. This was really bad experience and the food was average at best. Probably won't go back again.

Consistently gets our order wrong or forgets we even ordered at all. Last time I waited 45 minutes watching customer after customer come and go, to find out they deleted our order. Perfect example why complete idiots in our society do not deserve to be paid more per hour.
